Procurement Monitoring

In cooperation with the ANSA-EAP, Philippine Procurement Network (P2N), Procurement Watch Inc. and Makati Business Club-CAC, PCSDI again leads other CSO’s in Southern Philippines in promoting citizen participation in Procurement Monitoring.

The project involves establishing and assisting networks of Bids and Awards Committee Observers in several provinces in Mindanao and training a huge cohort of citizen monitors to sit and oversee Bids and Awards bodies.
